Being a member of the S.N.A.V. (Syndicat National des Agences de Voyages) guarantees to our customers that our agency is registered in the national register of Atout France, has a financial guarantee, benefits from an insurance policy of professional civil liability, justifies a professional competence.
Détours is a member of the A.P.S.T.
Being a member of the APST (Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme) guarantees our reinsurance and our financial guarantee. The French law guarantees the totality of the funds deposited by the customers, which is not the case for the agencies installed outside France.
